The Sessile

Boronkay Studio was appointed to design all front-of-house areas at The Sessile, a boutique multi-residential development conceived to feel more like a private members’ club than a conventional apartment building. The design takes a bold stance against typical new-build finishes, favouring character, depth, and material richness. Inspired by London’s creative spirit and the poetic beauty of imperfection, we introduced bespoke joinery, curated vintage pieces, and unexpected colour palettes throughout. Each space is a study in contrast—elevated yet relaxed, tactile yet refined—crafted to offer residents a lived-in sense of comfort and an inspiring, soulful place to call home.
