Osborn House

Set in the lush Southern Highlands of New South Wales, Osborn House is a boutique hotel that reimagines a historic 1890s guesthouse through a contemporary lens. Designed entirely during the Covid pandemic in collaboration with our satellite Sydney office, the project presented both logistical challenges and creative opportunities. The result is a deeply personal, layered retreat that balances nostalgia and modernity. With just 15 suites and seven cabins, the interiors evoke a sense of relaxed grandeur—combining handcrafted elements, vintage finds, and playful detailing. From the moody bar to the serene spa, each space tells a story rooted in place, memory, and comfort.
